This one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is located just short walking distance to the town center and to the beach. It is fully equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, a spacious living/dining space, and balcony,
A supermarket is 50 meters away, and a wide variety of cafes, bars, and restaurants are within easy walking distance.
Internet access is included in the monthly rent, but electricity and water consumption, as well as garbage collection during the rental period, are the tenant’s responsibility.
Proof of income (pay stubs/pension statement) is required. Security deposit: one month’s rent. The cost of a thorough cleaning of the apartment upon departure is €150.

While not entirely out of the question, the owner prefers that guests not have pets.
This apartment is NOT available for long-term rentals. It is only available during the period indicated above.
